We have members from all over North America here at Diamondback. From our friends from Canada to our local friends right here in Myrtle Beach, they’re all part of the Diamondback family. Cindy Frahlich is from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania but now calls Diamondback and the Woodland Valley Community her new home.
What drew her and her family to Diamondback? “We had been coming to Diamondback for 13 years before we actually moved down to Myrtle Beach,” Cindy says. “We moved here just over a year ago.” Cindy adds that they loved playing here so much, they decided to become members. We’re so happy they did!
What kept bringing them back to Diamondback over those 13 years? “I love the course and the challenge it presents to my game,” says Cindy. The golf course isn’t the only thing that kept bringing her back, though. “It’s also the people and management,” she says. “Patrick and Sherri are beautiful people who do a great job and take great pride in what they do.” Cindy also applauds our grounds crew, run by Larry and David, who do a fantastic job of keeping the golf course in pristine shape year-round.
When we asked her what her favorite hole was, Cindy named No. 12 very quickly (“I made a hole-in-one there!”). Seems like a good enough reason for us!
Cindy is a homeowner in the Woodland Valley community as well. She said she moved there because their friends live there and the houses are great. Cindy is also quick to praise how Patrick gets the community together for multiple events at Diamondback throughout the year.
“It’s like family here,” says Cindy. She offered a quick response when asked what she would say to anyone thinking about becoming a member here. “It’s a beautiful place to live and relax,” she says. “Oh, and I love the golf course!”
